Scope of Work
Ground-up office and break room buildout within an existing industrial warehouse facility. Scope covered metal framing of all office partitions and restrooms, drywall, painting, acoustical ceilings, and full door and hardware package. Included a dedicated break room, private offices, open workspace, and two ADA-compliant restrooms.
