Scope of Work
Guest corridor and elevator lobby renovation across three floors of an operating Marriott Courtyard property. Scope included drywall patching and repair, Level 4 finish painting, acoustical ceiling tile replacement, and wall protection installation throughout all guestroom corridors. All work performed overnight to maintain full hotel occupancy.
