Full exterior renovation of a three-story, 24,000 SF medical office building. Existing structure kept intact with new paint and stucco coating applied throughout, refreshed canopy, new landscaping, and minimal site work improvements. Scope also included full exterior restoration, exterior caulking, crack repair, and pressure washing. Completed in 7 weeks.
